The short version: this website doesn't track you, and your details are only ever used to arrange your sweep.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking of any kind. Fonts are standard system fonts, so nothing is fetched from third-party font services. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes visitor IP addresses as part of serving the site securely; that's inherent to how websites work and is not used by us to identify anyone.
The enquiry form doesn't send anything to this website. It opens WhatsApp on your device with a message you can review and send yourself, so your enquiry travels through WhatsApp (a Meta service, covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy), not through any server of ours.
The map on the contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap. When you interact with it, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap's servers, which have their own privacy policy.
When you book a sweep, we keep the basics needed to do the job: your name, phone number, address and what was done. This is used for arranging visits, issuing your sweeping certificate and reminding you when the next sweep is due. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
Under GDPR you can ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just get in touch and it will be sorted.
